Job summary

Management Recruiters of Lancaster seeks a Systems Engineer to bring clarity and coordination to the development of a new utility system. You will define how the complete system should perform, how its subsystems interact, and how the team proves that every requirement has been met.

This role is ideal for an engineer who sees connections, anticipates risks, asks the right technical questions, and can bring multiple engineering disciplines together around a common solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or complex electromechanical product development.
• Experience with requirements development, system architecture, interface management, integration, and V&V.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems involving structures, sensors, actuators, controls, software, power electronics, and data acquisition.
