• Integrate with and collaborate with BSW Research Institute and industry.
• Facilitate departments and staff in obtaining external funding sources to support expansion of projects.
• Evaluate barriers to research within locations staffed by Beacon Emergency Services Team.
• Facilitate system-wide processes for implementing grant-funded research.
• Establish systemic database to support research and operational initiatives.
• Assist Research Directors in creating and implementing new research protocols.
• Work with Department Chairs to recruit research faculty.
