Job summary

Sandisk in California is seeking a hardware/embedded engineer to help develop next-generation NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure. You will contribute to memory system design for HBF-based devices and work across cross-functional teams to push performance and reliability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exciting opportunity to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure
• Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group
• Memory System Design for HBF-based products
• Manage and execute HBF stress tests
• Verify and characterize HBF management algorithms on actual systems

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s, or Master’s, in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field
• Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks
• Knowledge of LLM algorithm
• Knowledge of Flash memory
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills, organizational capabilities, and collaborative and interpersonal skills
