This role is more than leadership; it’s your opportunity to architect a newly integrated compliance program for one of the most influential healthcare systems across Montana and Wyoming.

Shape a Unified Future in Compliance

As System Chief Compliance Officer, you’ll design and implement the first fully integrated compliance structure for our combined system, unifying two departments into one cohesive program rooted in transparency, accountability, and collaboration.

You’ll advise the Board and executive leadership, influencing how we serve our communities through compliance and ethical excellence across nine hospitals, 20+ partnerships, and a workforce of over 9,000 employees and 1,200 providers.

What You’ll Lead

• Merge and unify two legacy compliance teams into one system-wide department
• Develop and lead an enterprise-wide compliance program meeting evolving regulatory demands
• Advise the Board and system leaders on risk mitigation, policies, audits, and education
• Oversee investigations, HIPAA compliance, risk assessments, and internal reporting
• Inspire and empower teams with a shared mission and standards of excellence

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of progressive executive leadership in healthcare compliance and privacy within a large hospital or system (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field; Master’s or JD preferred
• CHC or CHPS certification required
• Proven success in system-wide frameworks and large-scale transformation leadership
• Exceptional communication and strategic skills, with strong regulatory knowledge
