Job summary

Panza Jobs seeks a System Application Analyst to support Commercial Systems administration and maintenance. You will design, plan, develop and deploy new applications, and analyze user needs to create software solutions that optimize operations.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingualism and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with clients. Strong SDLC, Agile/Waterfall experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3+ years in software development, analysis and system support.
• Experience with commercial system implementations and SDLC.
• Proficient in .NET or Java and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of PowerBI and/or SSRS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support, install, and administer database services and new product deployments.
• Maintain and enhance B/OSS modules with standard programming practices.
• Analyze software interfaces and identify optimization options.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy IT solutions for multiple teams.
• Collaborate with IT PM, Operations, and Service Delivery, and assist Sr. Engineers.
• Troubleshoot software, configuration, and database issues under pressure.

Role

The System Application Analyst will support Commercial Systems administration and maintenance. This person will d esign, plan, develop and deployment of new applications. The SAA will also be responsible for analyzing user needs and develop software solutions and designing or customiz ing software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency . The ideal person is bilingual in English & Spanish and can w ork with clients and has the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines .

Job Duties

• Support, install, and administer centralized and distributed database services in addition to contributing to validation, testing, and implementation of new products on the Commercial System.
• Support and Maintain B/OSS modules applying generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation.
• Analyze the performance of software interfaces and identifies alternatives for optimization.
• Evaluate , design, planning, developing and deployment applications while preparing documentation of applications, system and / or programs based on the company standards.
• Translate operational requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy IT solutions supporting production, quality, maintenance, engineering , and release.
• Work closely with IT Project Management, IT Operations, and IT Service Deliver y in addition to debugging and troubleshoot ing software,configurationand database related with general assistance fromSr. Engineers/Technical Leads.

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a must
• 3 + year s’ experience in SW development, programming, analysis and system support
• Must have experience in commercial system implementations
• Must have e xperience in analysis, design, and programming of commercial applications using either .NET or Java and databases (SQL Server)
• Working knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the ability to work within the defined roles and responsibilities
• Prior experience with PowerBI and/or SSRS
• Must have proven success managing end to end project life cycles within Agile & Waterfall environments

Pluses

• Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Previous experience with Oracle database is a plus
