Accenture Flex is hiring a seasoned System Analyst to drive deep analysis across complex enterprise platforms, focusing on loan origination workflows and financial integrations. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and lead discussions with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile environment as an Analyst or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in system analysis, process optimization, requirements gathering and solution design.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Responsibilities

• Perform deep system analysis across complex enterprise platforms identifying gaps, dependencies and optimization opportunities.
• Lead solution-focused discussions with business stakeholders, engineers, architects and QA teams to drive practical outcomes.
• Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements ensuring traceability from concept through delivery.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and recommend solutions supporting loan disbursement lending workflows and financial integrations within banking systems.
• Partner with TPOs and TPMs to create, manage and maintain product backlogs, product boards, Azure DevOps dashboards and work items.
• Support Agile ceremonies and practices including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve defects and ensure solution quality.
• Challenge assumptions, analyze tradeoffs and guide teams toward consensus-driven value-focused solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with operational controls, compliance requirements and enterprise standards.

You Are

A seasoned System Analyst with a strong engineering and development background capable of diving deep into complex systems and driving solution focused discussions across business and technology teams. Brings familiarity with loan origination disbursements and banking finance domains with a strong understanding of end to end consumer loan workflows financial integrations and operational controls. Strong background in system analysis process optimization requirement gathering and solution design experience with Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms is preferred. Adept at translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while collaborating effectively with architects developers QA teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills with the ability to lead discussions challenge assumptions and drive consensus toward practical system solutions. Proven ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technology delivery in complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field

• Experience with consumer loan origination decisioning and disbursements

• Experience with Oracle Banking and or Oracle ERP Finance platforms

• Certifications in one or more of the following: Oracle, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related Agile certifications

• Experience with consumer loan origination, decisioning and disbursements

• Experience with Architecture integrations using APIs
