Job summary

Website Solutions USA Inc. is seeking a System Analyst 6 for a hybrid role in Lansing, MI. The contract position requires 5–6 years of experience supporting AWS-based applications, MySQL administration, PHP environments, and microservices development.

In addition, experience with OIDC/SAML integration and API ecosystems is essential. The candidate will coordinate software upgrades, manage vendor support, and ensure robust security through IAM, SSL/TLS, and web servers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, and Security Groups.
• Experience with Apache/Nginx web servers, REST APIs, SSL/TLS certificates, and Identity & Access Management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, or Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and application security.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation.
• Experience with Python scripting, SQL Server Agent, SSIS, and Twilio/SMS integrations.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator, or Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
