Job summary

Recutify Inc. is seeking a System Analyst for multi-site roles in Dallas, TX; Arlington, TX; Raleigh, NC; and Durham, NC.

The role requires 10+ years delivering software solutions in complex enterprise settings, with a focus on payments, regulatory familiarity, and strong SQL and observability tooling expertise. You'll produce high-quality documentation, user stories, and specifications, work within Agile/SAFe delivery environments, and communicate effectively across engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst delivering software solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Prior experience in debit/credit card, payments, or financial services domains strongly preferred; familiarity with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Demonstrated success researching, analyzing, and producing high-quality documentation, user stories, and specifications for moderate to highly complex software systems.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and hands-on experience investigating issues using logging and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana).
• Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, relational database schemas, and modern SQL management tools.
• Familiarity with mainframe platforms, batch programs, and job scheduling is highly desirable.
• Proven experience operating in Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery environments.
• Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-decomposition skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (Master's a plus).
• Deep domain expertise in Financial Services, ideally within cards, payments, or wealth.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a genuine passion for accuracy, clarity, and the elimination of ambiguity.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging from engineers to executives.
