Job summary

MS Aerospace is seeking a System Administrator in Sylmar, CA to ensure IT requirements are met, troubleshoot user issues, and support security compliance. The role includes planning security aligned to NIST-800-171 & CMMC, configuring network devices, and maintaining documentation.

You will work with IT staff, developers, and vendors to maintain dependable systems. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience as a Jr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Jr. Network Administrator.
• Background in SQL Server, MSFT O365, Active Directory, Windows Server 2016+.
• Networking, Storage, Monitoring, Telephony, and MS Office Applications.
• Willingness to learn and teach others.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure and implement security measures to meet NIST-800-171 & CMMC requirements.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Identify technology needs and advise decision-makers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Create and maintain network documentation and procedures.
• Provide user support and IT training on new features.
