Saalex Corporation in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA is seeking a System Administrator IV to design, deploy, and secure enterprise IT systems across DoD Live, Virtual, Constructive environments. You’ll ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with RMF and STIGs.

The role requires 8–12 years of enterprise IT experience, a bachelor’s degree in IT or engineering, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.

Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple System Administrator IV in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Position Type: Contingent on Contract Award.

Salary: $115k-$185k (depending on experience)

The System Administrator IV supports the Navy by administering, maintaining, and securing enterprise IT systems across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. This role ensures system reliability, performance, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Required

Desired

Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
Familiarity with virtualization, cloud, or enterprise systems.
Relevant certifications (Security+, RHCSA, AWS, etc.).

Additional Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in complex environments.

Security Clearance

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
