Job summary

Vibrint is seeking a System Administrator to support IT systems, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure. The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, DoD 8570 IAT II certification, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of three years of system administration experience or eight years in lieu of degree.
• DoD 8570 IAT II level certification.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support.
• Provide Tier 2 escalation resolution.
• Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Support Linux, Unix, and Windows servers and network devices.
• Assist users with accessing and using IT systems.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Analyze system performance and capacity planning.
• Support system design and SOA interdependencies.
