Job summary
AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a System Administrator to join the Operational Infrastructure subgroup in the Transmission Technology division. The role focuses on maintaining a virtualized compute environment and enterprise Windows infrastructure, with hands-on work in AD, GPO, and security tooling.
The position is on-site in Vancouver, WA, full-time, with 5 days per week in the office. Candidates should have 8+ years of IT admin experience or 10 years without a degree, and a valid US
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher in CS/IT is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- 8 years experience with IT system administration in virtualized environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support a virtualized compute environment.
- Administer enterprise Windows infrastructure including Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Troubleshoot and repair IT systems in a 24/7 high-availability setting.
- Manage network and host-based security tools and backups.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and conduct trending.
