Job summary

Infolet is seeking a SysOps Engineer to support our Munich-based operations, maintaining mission-critical infrastructure for global enterprise customers. You will deploy infrastructure, manage incidents, and coordinate with senior teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
• Around 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient with GitHub CI/CD and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
• Strong Linux knowledge (Red Hat/SUSE) and Docker/Podman experience
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS) and monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Kibana/ELK)
• AWS experience (EKS, ECR, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Lambda, RDS, SQS)
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and changes for 24x7x365 mission-critical systems
• Collaborate with 3rd-level teams to resolve incidents
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents with Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, and related tools

PROJECT

As a SysOps Engineer, you will be working in an operations team to support our operations teams in Munich. You will be supporting mission-critical applications and the infrastructure of our global enterprise customers.

YOU WILL

Perform deployment of the infrastructure and services ( GitHub Actions + Kubernetes +AWS) Handle Incidents and changes for 24x7x365 mission-critical infrastructureWork with 3rd-level teams to solve incidentsAnalyze and troubleshoot incidents by using monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, etc.Implement change tasks according to the given runbooks.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / EngineeringAbout 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of GitHub CI/CD Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
• Thorough knowledge of Linux, preferably Red Hat and SUSEExperience with Docker/Podman
• Good networking know-how: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPSBasic experience in monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Kibana/ELK Stack
