Rise Data Labs is seeking a Synthetic Chemistry AI Trainer Specialist to help enhance AI models through precise data annotation and validation in a remote-first team. You will train and improve AI systems by applying your synthetic chemistry expertise to high-quality labeling tasks.

You will review AI-generated content for accuracy, contribute to multiple projects, and help maintain data integrity with rigorous QA processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in synthetic chemistry with strong understanding of chemical processes.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and data annotation tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and validation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
