Job Responsibilities

• Works independently to process information by loading/extraction of data.
• Fulfills data task requests using Veeva data load tools.
• Creates ad-hoc extracts/reports and troubleshoots issues at the request of clients and sales management.
• Performs quality control functions on all deliverables including standard deliverables, ad hoc loading and extraction projects.
• Develops and maintains project documentation including work instructions for all repeatable tasks.
• Provides feedback in the design of new integration initiatives.
• Meets clients to establish, monitor, and review deliverables.
• Engages with clients to facilitate data management services related project delivery schedule.
• Other projects as deemed necessary by Management.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with data management teams within a sales and marketing environment.
• Experience in data-centric implementations such as CRM and Analytics.
• Experience with data warehouse, Master Data Management (MDM), and data integration initiatives.
• Strong SQL knowledge in an Oracle and/or SQL Server database environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience working in a production environment for multiple clients in a compliance industry.
• Ability to work in a team through the implementation and adoption of data management framework.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and analytical with planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Specific knowledge of client business and technology/data operations in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Skill in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Ability to work in an environment which is driven by process governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Technology or Engineering.
• Experience with Salesforce.com/Veeva or a similar CRM system a plus.
• Experience with Unix and/or Python scripting.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical and Life sciences implementations and awareness of commonly used data sources for Customer Master and Sales information.
• Experience with Apache Spark.
