Responsibilities

• Prepare and review syndication materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets.
• Support investor outreach and communications to maximize participation in syndicated deals.
• Maintain tracking of investor commitments, allocations, and documentation.
• Conduct financial analysis of underlying assets or borrowers to support syndication strategy.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate execution and documentation.
• Generate internal reports and dashboards on deal progress, investor participation, and syndication metrics.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor behavior to inform syndication strategies.
