Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Synchronization Planning Co-Op in Overland Park, Kansas. The role supports End-to-End supply and demand synchronization using advanced analytics, data engineering, and automation tools to improve planning solutions and organizational visibility.

You will work with planning teams on process improvements, dashboards, master data governance, and predictive analytics projects during the academic year and summer.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a related field.
• Ability to commit to a year-round Co-Op schedule.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency.
• Foundational experience or strong Python for data manipulation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Automate and maintain planning workflows and optimization solutions using SQL, Python and Google Apps Script.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards in Sigma and DOMO.
• Explore and implement AI assistants and automation tools to streamline planning tasks.
• Lead E2E planning projects including fill rate analysis and projections.
• Prepare content and automate slide generation for synchronization meetings.
• Perform master data audits and governance across SAP and Kinaxis.
• Organize and standardize End-to-End process documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, CS&L, Logistics, Finance and regional teams.
