Cando Rail & Terminals in the United States is seeking a Switchman/Conductor to provide safe, efficient rail car switching services in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
You will operate locomotives, switches, derails, and perform inspections while maintaining teamwork, safety, and customer service; shifts are 2 on, 2 off, 2 on, 6 PM–6 AM.

Switchman/Conductor with Cando are responsible for providing safe and efficient rail car switching services. Working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, the Switching crew must work well in teams to maximize efficiency and safety, while demonstrating a strong initiative, and organizational skills.
