Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a business related field or at least one year in customer service environment preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route to the correct party within four seconds.
• Candidate should be comfortable with taking a large volume of phone calls per day.
• This candidate may need to take a message or send an email pertaining to a phone call that cannot be routed at that time.
• The applicant must be able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment while remaining calm and productive.
• This position would be similar to a receptionist position.
