Qualifications

  • 3–5 years CNC machining experience, with complete machine setups and blueprint reading.
  • Swiss CNC experience preferred.
  • Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

From there, you’ll run complex parts on Swiss-type lathes and CNC lathes, measure critical features with micrometers and calipers, and make offset or program tweaks to hold tight tolerances. You’ll collaborate with teammates on safety and quality, document results, and keep the machines humming.
