Swiss Set Up/Operator

As a Swiss Set Up/Operator at Regal Rexnord Cleveland, you will be responsible for the setup and operations of the Swiss department and for performing intricate, close‑tolerance machining of small, advanced precision components according to specifications.

Essential Functions

• Proficient in the setup and operation of all CNC Swiss equipment.
• Proficient in blueprint or operating drawing interpretation, geometric tolerancing, and the mathematics required to perform advanced CNC operations.
• Experience with Mitsubishi controls.
• Ability to use a wide variety of measuring devices to inspect produced components.

Non‑Essential Functions

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: 3‑5 years of Swiss CNC Lathe Setup & Operate (Required).

Specific Skills: Interpret and understand verbal and written directions; ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: ITAR Registered.
