A recruitment agency is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to operate Star Swiss machines in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing CNC programs to meet engineering specifications, performing machine setups, and conducting quality inspections using precision measuring tools. Formación

• Experience in programming and operating Swiss CNC machines, specifically Star models.
• Good understanding of machining processes, precision measuring instruments, and engineering specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop CNC programs to meet precise engineering specifications.
• Perform machine setups, including loading programs, selecting and installing tools, and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
• Verify machine settings, offsets, and tool changes to ensure accuracy in all machining operations.
• Program Star Swiss CNC machines to produce intricate components with tight tolerances.
• Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure proper lubrication, cooling, and overall machine functionality.
• Inspect machined parts to confirm conformance to engineering specifications.
• Address and correct deviations from quality standards to maintain production integrity.
• Perform regular maintenance on tools, replacing them as necessary.
