Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Immokalee, FL is seeking a Machine Operator CNC II to join the 2nd shift (3:30pm to 2am) on a 4 day/10-hour rotating crew. This role involves set up and operation of CNC Swiss machines to produce high-quality components following Arthrex processes.

Ideal candidates will have two years’ CNC setup/operating experience, strong math skills, and good mechanical aptitude. Training emphasizes metrology, line clearance, SAP data entry, and teamwork to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of direct CNC machine experience or equivalent vocational education required.
• CNC machines set up experience preferred; ability to use precision measurement tools.
• Computer literacy and basic math skills; safety, quality, and teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of CNC machines and follow processes with minimal supervision.
• Verify components against work orders and load material on bar feeder.
• Perform line clearance and ensure correct programs are running.
• Measure parts to blueprint specifications using precision tools.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Data entry in SAP system and support cross-functional teams as needed.
