Elos Medtech seeks a CNC Machinist in Memphis, TN to set up, program, and run Swiss CNC lathes producing medical-grade components. You will read blueprints, verify tolerances, and conduct in-process inspections to ensure tight dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

The role requires GMP and ISO 13485 awareness, standing for long periods, and occasional heavy lifting. You will contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a clean, safe workstation in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating Rollomatic CNC grinders or other high-precision CNC equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate Swiss CNC lathes for production of medical-grade components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and optical comparators.
• Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to meet dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and escalate complex issues to maintenance or engineering as needed.
• Document production data, lot traceability, and inspection results per GMP.
