Reser’s Fine Foods in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an Associate 1 for the Distribution Center on the swing shift. The role involves picking, staging, and loading pallets for transport, with focus on accuracy and safety.

The position requires warehouse experience; forklift operation is preferred, with basic math skills. English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus and attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Picks, stocks, and stages pallets of finished products according to company policies.
• Loads and unloads trucks with pallets of finished products.
• Rotates, wraps, and prepares products according to company and customer guidelines.
• Moves products and pallets using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment at the facility.
