Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone seeks motivated Warehouse Associate for our Tustin Distribution Center. The role involves picking, packing, staging orders, receiving freight, and using RF scanners and Manhattan WMS to manage inventory. You’ll load/unload trucks, assist customers, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Reliability and regular attendance are essential.
• Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment.
• Professional attitude with respectful communication with customers and drivers.
• On-time attendance and reliable transportation are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanners and WMS.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly.
• Forklift experience is a plus and prior warehouse exposure desired.
• Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking, packing, and staging orders and transfers using RF scanners and WMS.
• Receiving inbound freight and verifying quantities against packing slips and POs.
• Using Manhattan WMS for inventory transactions and order fulfillment.
• Loading and unloading trucks safely with forklifts and handling equipment.
• Assist customers and drivers with material pickups and loading safety.
• Maintain organization via slotting, rotation, audits, and housekeeping.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures and contribute to productivity goals.
• Collaborate with teams to meet quality and service targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
