Responsibilities

• Work within Essity safety standards and keep coworkers safe.
• Understand and communicate hazards and safety issues.
• Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Keep the assigned machine running and producing quality products.
• Identify defects and adjust processes to maintain quality.
• Lead changeovers and other technical activities as needed.
• Prepare and install raw materials on the machine per SOPs.
• Maintain communication with shifts for machine performance.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean work area.
• Complete required documentation and data files for tracking.
