Job summary

Gear Up Sports seeks a Materials Handler for the swing shift to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality checks. You will learn multiple warehouse processes, train others, and help meet performance targets in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include processing orders, picking/packing/shiping, and maintaining ERP records while collaborating with teams to optimize workflow. A positive, proactive attitude and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift or willingness to learn forklift operation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Verbal communication skills to facilitate effective and efficient work.

Responsibilities

• Process orders promptly and accurately.
• Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure orders are picked on time.
• Support inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and update the ERP system.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects.
• Ensure items meet quality standards before loading onto the truck.
• Document discrepancies and collaborate with the team lead.
• Work closely with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
• Communicate effectively with the assistant manager and team leaders.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
• Practice safe working principles.
• Active participation in continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned
