Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist in Devens, MA to set up, operate, and verify industrial machine tools in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment.

You will manage materials, fixtures, and documentation per ERP/MRP work orders and collaborate across departments to ensure quality and safety. The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, forklift operation, and proficiency with Office tools; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with Associate degree or higher

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and operating forklift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and verify industrial machine tools in a clean, controlled environment.
• Prepare work for processing and manage loads, fixtures, and baskets.
• Inspect and document measured features and ensure traceability.
• Maintain organization of supplies, inventory, and ERP records.
• Support Production team and follow health, safety, and quality policies.
