Job summary

Sound Physicians in Puyallup is seeking a Hospitalist Physician Assistant for swing and nocturnist coverage at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital. The swing schedule runs 4:00 PM–2:00 AM on a 7 on/7 off rotation, with autonomy to manage admissions and patient care.

We offer a base salary of $160k with a night differential of $180k for full-time, plus comprehensive benefits, tail coverage, CME allowance, and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PA with hospitalist experience.
• Active WA license or eligible to obtain one.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and cross-cover for swing APPs.
• Maintain a high level of autonomy in patient care.
• Respond to rapids as needed with hospitalists.
