Wilmar LLC is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver in Kent, WA to pick customer orders and move products within the warehouse. The role requires up to 50 lbs lifting, adherence to safety policies, and accurate order handling in a fast-paced environment.

This swing shift position offers exposure to cherry picker equipment and opportunities to contribute to a safety-first culture. Authorized US work status and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• One year order picking experience in a warehouse.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and procedures in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders and deliver to the packing area or loading dock.
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure order accuracy.
• Sort materials on racks or bins according to size, type, or product code.
• Mark materials with identifying information and repair bins as needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE; keep work area clean.
• Communicate with Warehouse Managers about stock location and changes.
