Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking an EL01 Foreman Electrician for a swing shift in Redmond, WA. This full‑time role leads field crews on a variety of commercial projects, ensuring safety, productivity and high‑quality installations.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, extensive foreman experience, and proficiency with Office tools, Bluebeam, and Procore. Competitive compensation and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• EL01 Electrical License.
• 10+ years journey-level electrical experience.
• 5+ years in a lead or foreman role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing jobsite needs.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field crews on commercial electrical projects.
• Coordinate daily work activities while maintaining productivity and safety.
• Work independently and collaboratively as needed.
• Communicate effectively with crews, project management and clients.
