OPTI STAFFING is hiring for a Swing Shift Crane Operator & Loader in Tigard, OR. You will safely operate forklift and crane to move materials, unload vehicles, and build load lists with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1+ year in manufacturing or industrial work, a clean MVR, and reliable transportation. Expect a fast-paced shop environment with benefits and opportunities for cross-training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Must have clean MVR.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good attendance and a positive attitude.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous forklift and crane experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and crane for material movement using slings, clamps, and other devices.
• Unload railcars or trucks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Understand loading instructions and create load lists as materials are loaded out.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Handle and stack material with crane and sling capacity in mind.
