Anthony & Sylvan Pools in Las Vegas is hiring a Pool Service Technician to keep residential pools operating safely and reliably. You will handle openings, closings, routine maintenance, equipment upgrades, and preventive care, delivering a high level of customer service on every site.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, installing safety covers, and maintaining accurate service records. A valid driver’s license and 1 year of experience are typically required.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted expert customers rely on to keep their pools operating smoothly and safely. You’ll handle a wide range of service and maintenance needs, from routine upkeep and minor repairs to equipment upgrades, pool openings and closings, and pool cover installations. Each day brings something new, giving you the opportunity to apply your technical skills, solve problems in the field, and deliver a consistently high level of service that helps create a positive, worry-free experience for our customers.
Responsible for addressing all service and maintenance related customer concerns and needs related to their pool, that may include minor repairs, equipment upgrades, opening and closing of the pool, pool cover installation, and the ongoing maintenance and repair of pool equipment and accessories.
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Valid driver’s license required in your state of residence
NESPA CMS & CMT preferred
CPO a plus, but not required
At least 1 year of applicable pool technician experience required
Water chemistry experience required
Mechanical aptitude, quick thinking and problem-solving mindset required
Excellent organization skills, ability to learn quickly, result oriented, detail oriented, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Team player with customer focus and self-motivated
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform the essential functions of the role.
Must be willing to travel 90-100%
Must be equipped with standard necessary tools to complete pool service repairs and services for yourself and your assistant
The ability to work in all weather conditions is required
Flexibility on schedule required including working outside of a “scheduled shift” as well as evenings, weekends and potentially holidays during peak season
