Job summary

Swim Solutions Pools Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will clean and maintain residential and commercial pools, balance water chemistry, and keep customers informed about pool conditions.

Work outdoors year-round, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and excellent customer service. You will document issues, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with management to ensure high-quality pool care for our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
