Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities. You will ensure learners feel supported and are achieving their goals within our leisure centre programme.

You will hold a Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification, have excellent communication skills, and be prepared to work on a rota basis with pupils and families. A DBS check will be carried out.

Qualifications

• To teach swimming to children and/or adults, according to qualification and experience.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and parents.
• Ability to supervise pool areas and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to children and adults as part of the centre's programme.
• Communicate progress with parents/guardians.
• Assist with supervision of customers in the pool area and surrounds.
