Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking dedicated Swim Instructors to teach swimming to kids and adults. We provide training to help you learn our instructional approach and will support your growth as part of a friendly, energetic team.

No prior experience is required; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to attend training is required. You’ll work under the Aquatics Director to run organized classes and promote water safety across all ages.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach swimming and water safety to individuals of all ages.

Job Duties:

Under the direction of the Aquatics Director or Regional Aquatics Coordinator, the Swim Instructor is required to perform the following essential job duties:

• Provide all levels of instruction to individuals of all ages
• Effectively teach swimming skills and water safety to students in a progressive sequence.
• Run organized and well executed classes as defined by Genesis Health Clubs
