Job summary

Kansas City Mom Collective is seeking a Swim Lesson Instructor in Olathe, Kansas. In this role, you will teach swimming skills that build confidence and ensure water safety for participants of all ages. Enjoy free training and certification to prepare you for this fulfilling position!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• National CPR, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen, and YMCA Swim Lessons Instructor certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Must pass skills test that includes treading water and demonstrating proficiency in swimming strokes.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all posted rules and safety regulations for participants.
• Teach swim lessons at appropriate age levels.
• Plan and prepare lessons for classes.
• Set up and dismantle lessons and ensure cleanliness of the pool.
