Jones Center Swim in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a patient, safety-minded Swim Instructor to join our aquatics team. You will teach water safety and swimming techniques to individuals of various ages and skill levels, helping them build confidence in the water.

The role emphasizes a safe, encouraging learning environment and the use of the Jones Center Learn to Swim curriculum, with opportunities to explore new teaching methods and collaborate with supportive staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to swim to the level taught.
• Able to adapt teaching methods to all ages.
• Growth mindset and commitment to student progress.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, fun, and adaptive learning environment for all ages and abilities.
• Implement Jones Center Learn to Swim curriculum.
• Proactively seek out new effective teaching methods.
• Teach water safety and enforce pool rules.
