Job summary

SafeSplash Swim Schools in Tulsa, OK is seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors to deliver high-quality lessons using our proven curriculum. You will foster a fun, safe learning environment for students of all ages, reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include teaching skills, giving constructive feedback to students and parents, tracking progress, and ensuring timely class management. Prior water-safety passion and ability to work with children are essential; training provided.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification and First Aid required within 30 days of employment.
• Completion of SafeSplash curriculum training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around water for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills in accordance with SafeSplash curriculum.
• Provide continuous feedback to students and parents on progress.
• Structure class time to maximize learning and introduce new skills.
• Track and document students' skill progression daily.
• Conduct monthly feedback sessions with parents.
