WeAquatics, based in the Washington, DC area, invites you to teach and inspire confident, safe swimmers through both private and small-group lessons. You will tailor development plans and foster a positive, energetic learning environment across ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient teaching style.
• Adaptability to different learning styles and needs.
• Genuine enthusiasm for water safety and teaching.
• Previous swim instruction experience (helpful but not required).

Responsibilities

• Leading engaging one-on-one and/or small group lessons.
• Crafting personalized development plans for each swimmer.
• Creating fun, energetic learning environments that make water safety enjoyable.
• Providing encouraging feedback that builds skills and confidence.
• Maintaining safety protocols while fostering a positive atmosphere.
