Job summary

Rogue X is seeking a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard to teach swim lessons across ages and skill levels while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment during open swim, lap swim, rentals, and events. You’ll also participate in safety training and community engagement.

The role is part-time (not to exceed 24 hours/week) with scheduling possible Monday–Friday, mornings to evenings, and weekend shifts as needed. Training for lifeguard certification is provided if not currently held.

Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or GED equivalent; or currently enrolled and on track for graduation.
• Must be 15 years or older at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swim lessons for participants of all ages and skill levels.
• Lifeguard during open swim, lap swim, rentals, and special events.
• Enforce safety regulations and follow emergency procedures.
• Attend staff trainings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented aquatic environment.
