Job summary

Life Time Inc. in California is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help adults and children improve their swimming and learn essential life skills. You will evaluate swim levels and maintain safety and order at the Aquatics facilities.

You’ll teach lessons, assist with events, respond to member questions, and promote Aquatics programs while upholding a clean, safe pool environment and positive guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete Life Time courses upon hire.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services
