Job summary

SafeSplash Swim University, LLC is seeking a Swim Instructor to teach swimming skills using our curriculum in a fun, safety-focused environment. You will provide guidance and positive feedback to students while maintaining a lively, engaging pace.

Experience in swim instruction is preferred; training is available. We support CPR/First Aid certification and will help you obtain it within 60 days of hire. Prior work with children 6 months to 10 years and those with special needs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in swim instruction is preferred; training available.
• WSI certification preferred.
• CPR-PR/AED and First Aid preferred; certification help within 60 days of hire.
• Experience teaching ages 6 months to 10 years and special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills according to Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students' swimming efforts.
• Structure class times to include repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
• Ensure swimmer safety during all sessions.
