Job summary

SafeSplash Swim School is seeking energetic swim instructors in the United States to teach lessons using our curriculum. You’ll work with swimmers of all ages and abilities, provide feedback to improve technique, and help students build confidence and safety in the water.

The role includes paid training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for advancement within a national brand. Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule and a focus on safety and

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification (adult, child, infant) required.
• Lifeguard certification required.
• Prior teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Training in the SafeSplash curriculum is provided.
• Ability to work some days in the morning (Tuesday and/or Saturday, Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons following the SafeSplash curriculum in a positive and engaging way.
• Work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Provide feedback to help students improve and gain confidence.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Communicate with families about student progress.
