Job summary

WeAquatics in Clinton, Maryland, is hiring a Swim Instructor to lead engaging one-on-one and small group lessons, building confidence in swimmers of all ages while fostering a safe, fun learning environment.

You will deliver personalized development plans and communicate with families, maintaining safety protocols and creating a positive atmosphere. Prior instruction experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient teaching style.
• Adaptability to different learning styles and needs.
• Genuine enthusiasm for water safety and teaching.
• Previous swim instruction experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
