📍 Locations: Arlington & Grand Prairie, TX
💵 Pay: $14.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)
🕒 Hours: Part-time | 20-25 hours/week
🗓 Schedule: Weekday evenings & Saturday mornings preferred
📅 Commitment: Minimum 12-month employment required

SafeSplash® Swim School is looking for long‑term team members who are excited to teach, inspire, and lead. This is not a seasonal gig or just a job- it's a purpose-driven opportunity to be a role model and help save lives by teaching essential swimming skills to children and adults how to swim confidently and safely.

💡 What You'll Be Doing

• Teach engaging swim lessons using the SafeSplash® curriculum
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students and their families
• Monitor and track student attendance and skill progression
• Keep pool areas clean and safe at all times
• Engage in team training, coaching, and growth opportunities

✅ What We're Looking For

• Confident swimmer (you'll need to pass a swim test)
• Strong communicator with a positive, team‑first attitude
• Reliable and available for at least 3 consistent shifts per week
• Passionate about working with children and making a difference
• Committed to a 12‑month minimum employment
• Open to a 30-90 day trial period before permanent placement
