Foss Swim School is hiring a Swim Teacher to instruct students in the Swim Path curriculum in a warm, chlorinated pool environment. No experience is required as paid training is provided to confidently teach our program.
You will lead a safe, engaging class for 1–4 students, communicate progress to guardians, and embody the company pillars of Connect, Collaborate, Empower, Belong. This is a part-time role with evening shifts and opportunities for growth.
Position Purpose
As a Swim Teacher at FOSS, you’ll teach life‑saving swim skills to children and adults in a fun, safe, and splashy environment. No experience needed—we provide paid training to help you confidently teach our Swim Path curriculum.
Have a passion for water? Come share your love of swimming with your community and FOSS will provide you the training to confidently teach our Swim Path curriculum. You will lead the students in a structured, yet fun water environment to develop their life enriching skills to provide a lifetime of confidence and safety around water. Bring your ability to improvise, play, and connect because laughter is an important part of our teaching method.
