Job summary

Premier Swim Academy is seeking an Instructional Lead to support the quality and development of our swim instruction program. You will provide hands-on training, evaluations, mentoring, and curriculum support for both new and current instructors across locations.

In this role you will ensure lesson delivery aligns with our curriculum standards, contribute to ongoing curriculum and training across locations, and travel as needed to maintain consistency in training practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication for instruction.
• Ability to train new hires and provide actionable feedback.
• Willingness to travel to multiple Premier locations.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of 10 hours per week of lessons for training models.
• Coordinate training schedules with the Training Manager.
• Evaluate instructors and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop new training modules and materials.
• Travel to multiple locations to maintain training consistency.
