Job summary

Francis Howell School District is seeking an Assistant Girls Swim Coach to assist in planning and leading daily swim practices and meets. You will support the head coach in developing training strategies and fostering a positive team culture.

You will encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and student leadership, while maintaining clear communication with students, parents, and staff and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for all athletes.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required or approved equivalent.
• Two years of service as an Approved Assistant Coach in a school setting.

Extra-curricular activities are an essential part of the student experience, encouraging skill development, teamwork, and personal growth. As the Assistant Girls Swim Coach, you will support the head coach in leading and developing a successful swim program while building strong relationships with student-athletes and helping them grow both in and out of the pool.

Position: Assistant Girls Swim Coach

Minimum Stipend Offered: $3,589

Education/Experience

Job Requirements

• Must have a Four-Year Degree OR
• Have served as an Approved Assistant Coach for a minimum of two school years.
